We're looking for a new colleague as Domain Architect in Customer Experience Services

Are you a visionary architect with a passion for enhancing digital customer interactions? We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Domain Architect to join our Architecture team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our digital platforms, including our web shop, customer portal, and CRM.

Your mission will be to drive technological advancements, eliminate technical debt, and ensure seamless collaboration together with our two Solution Architects in the area.

Key responsibilities:
As a Domain Architect, you will develop and maintain the architecture for the Customer Experience Services domain, aligning with business goals and technology strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of technology changes to enhance our web shop, customer portal, and CRM.

Besides that, you will:

• Serve as a bridge between business and IT, facilitating clear communication and understanding
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address architectural challenges
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE states
• Drive innovation within the domain, exploring new technologies and methodologies
• Ensure alignment and optimization of process, data, technology, and people architecture using tools like LeanIX and ADM

Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven person who can quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies and has a strong leadership and motivational skills. You must be able to align goals and tasks effectively, and to perform well both in groups and individually. You have expertise in web technologies, E-commerce & CRM solutions, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Furthermore, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in architecture roles, with a focus on E-business and customer experience
• Familiarity with ADM and enterprise architecture lifecycle management
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with TOGAF is a plus
